Every summer I go back to Kolkata, India where I lived for 6 years and of course a lot happened on many levels of my life.
The first half of the album was made in the two weeks before going there whereas the second half was created in the two weeks after coming back to Paris. Those two cities are my home and going back and forth between them always give me the impression of being in between.
